The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth - For the Best Birth Possible!


There are 2 main types of exercise that the Bradley Method recommends:  pregnancy and regular.  

In Class 1 you'll learn the prenatal exercises that will help you every day of your pregnancy -- for comfort, flexibility, and strength.  These exercises will also prepare your body for labor, increasing your comfort and stamina.  

We'll also discuss the usual exercises that keep you in good condition for labor;  such as swimming, walking, low-impact aerobics, and bicycling.
